In Nepal there are two nun centers, Kusum Khandro Ling and Yuloko Jetsun Ling Nunnery (or Turquoise Leaf Nunnery). The Kusum Khandro Ling Center is a three year retreat center. The Yuloko Jetsun Ling Nunnery is a daily practice/study center. It costs about $40.00/month to house and feed an individual at either Kusum Khandro Ling or Yuloko Jetsun Ling. Supporting either of the two centers in any way or for any amount ensures the continued strong feminine principle in Tibetan Buddhism.
